Terms of Service

Last updated: 29 August 2026

The company and settlement details in this document are accurate and current. The document as a whole is still pending review by Indonesian legal counsel, and an Indonesian-language version will be published and will prevail once available. Questions: support@illoow.com.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the illoow platform ("illoow", "we", "us"), operated by PT Lentera Emas Kehidupan, a Perseroan Perorangan established under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia and registered at Lingkungan Delod Pempatan Lukluk, Desa Lukluk, Kecamatan Mengwi, Kabupaten Badung, Bali 80351, Indonesia. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

illoow is a website builder and online storefront that lets small businesses ("Sellers") publish sites and sell to their customers ("Buyers"). Where a Seller enables online payment, illoow collects the Buyer’s payment through a licensed payment processor, holds the proceeds for a short period, and pays the Seller through an in-app wallet. Section 4 explains this in full, and it is the most important part of this document for a Seller to read.

1. Who operates illoow

illoow is operated by PT Lentera Emas Kehidupan (Perseroan Perorangan), established by decree of the Minister of Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. AHU-A107653.AH.01.30.Tahun 2026 dated 26 July 2026, holding Business Identification Number (NIB) 2607260027474.

Registered office: Lingkungan Delod Pempatan Lukluk, Desa Lukluk, Kecamatan Mengwi, Kabupaten Badung, Bali 80351, Indonesia. Our taxpayer identification number (NPWP) is available on request.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and to operate the business you represent on the platform.

Where your plan lets you issue additional logins for a campaign, you remain responsible for everything done under those logins.

3. Seller responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the products, services, content, pricing, fulfilment, and customer support of the sites and stores you create. illoow is not a party to any sale between you and a Buyer.

You agree not to use illoow for anything unlawful, deceptive, or prohibited under applicable law, and to hold the rights to any content you publish.

You are responsible for your own tax obligations arising from your sales, including any obligation to issue tax invoices to your Buyers.

4. How Buyer payments are collected, held, and paid to you

This section describes the arrangement that applies to every Seller today. Please read it before you enable online payments.

We collect, and we hold. Buyer payments are collected by our payment processor, DOKU (PT Nusa Satu Inti Artha), a payment services provider licensed by Bank Indonesia. Those funds are settled by DOKU into an account held by illoow — not into your account. This means that between the moment your Buyer pays and the moment we transfer your proceeds to your bank, your money is held by illoow. We record it as your balance and we owe it to you, but it sits in our account and is not held in a separate trust or escrow account.

What you are owed. When a Buyer’s payment succeeds we record the order and credit your in-app wallet with your net proceeds — the order total, less the payment channel fee and less the illoow platform fee that applied to that order. Both fees are shown before the order is placed and are recorded on the order itself, so the figure is auditable after the fact. On our free plan the platform fee is currently 5% of the order; on paid plans it is currently 0%.

The hold period. Your credited proceeds are held as "pending" for 7 calendar days after the payment succeeds, then become "available" to withdraw. The hold covers the window in which a Buyer may raise a problem with an order. The period in force is always shown in your dashboard, and we will give you reasonable notice in-app or by email before increasing it.

Withdrawal. Once funds are available you may request a withdrawal to the bank account you have registered, subject to a minimum of Rp 50.000 per request. On request, the amount is locked so it cannot be spent twice, and we transfer it to your registered account by bank transfer from our own bank account. Transfers are made in batches on a regular cadence rather than instantly, so allow several business days from request to funds arriving. If a transfer cannot be completed, we release the amount back to your available balance and tell you why, and you may request again.

What this means for your risk. Because your proceeds sit in illoow’s account during the hold and withdrawal period, you are exposed to illoow as a counterparty for that period, in the same way as any unpaid receivable. We disclose this plainly rather than describe the arrangement as an escrow or a trust, because it is neither.

5. Your payout account

To be paid you must register a bank account in your dashboard. The account must belong to you or to the business you operate on illoow.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide. Funds sent to an account whose details you entered incorrectly may not be recoverable, and we cannot reverse a completed transfer.

We may ask you to verify your identity or your entitlement to the account before making a payout, where we are required to or where a transaction requires review.

6. If the arrangement changes

We are working towards direct settlement, in which the payment processor would pay your share of an order into your own verified bank account without the proceeds passing through illoow at all. That arrangement is not in effect and no Seller is on it today.

If and when it becomes available to your account, we will tell you before it applies to you, your dashboard will show which arrangement governs each order, and these Terms will be updated in the same change. Until then, section 4 is the complete and accurate description of how you are paid.

7. Plans, subscriptions, and fees

Paid plans are billed on the cycle shown at checkout (currently annual). Platform transaction fees, where they apply, are disclosed before an order is placed and are snapshotted onto each order, so a later change to our pricing never alters an order already made.

Prices and fees may change on a prospective basis with reasonable notice. Changes do not affect a subscription period already paid for.

If you upgrade mid-term, we credit the unused portion of your current plan against the new one. Downgrades take effect at the end of the paid period.

8. Refunds

Buyer orders. A refund of a Buyer’s order is a matter between the Buyer and the Seller who sold the item. illoow is not a party to that sale and does not decide whether a refund is due.

Where the order proceeds are still held by us — that is, still pending or available in your wallet and not yet withdrawn — we can reverse the credit and return the Buyer’s money at your instruction, and we will act on a clear instruction from you promptly. Where the proceeds have already been withdrawn to your bank account, the refund is yours to make directly to the Buyer, and you agree to honour refunds you are legally obliged to give.

Subscriptions. Platform subscription payments are refundable within 14 days of the charge if you have not materially used the paid features in that period. After 14 days, subscription payments are non-refundable except where Indonesian consumer law requires otherwise. To request a subscription refund, contact support@illoow.com from your account email address.

9. Suspension and account closure

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, is used unlawfully, or exposes us or our payment processor to legal or fraud risk. Where practicable we will tell you first and give you an opportunity to put the matter right.

You may close your account from Settings. To protect both parties, closure is blocked while money is still in flight — any remaining wallet balance, an unpaid or unsettled order, or a withdrawal in progress must resolve first.

Suspension does not extinguish money we owe you. Funds already credited to your wallet remain payable to you and may be withdrawn once any review concluding the suspension is complete.

10. Availability and liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We depend on third parties — our payment processor, banks, hosting and email providers — to deliver parts of the service. Where a payment is delayed, fails, or is reversed by a processor or a bank, our obligation is to tell you promptly, show the status in your dashboard, and pursue the matter on your behalf. It is not to advance the money ourselves.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, illoow is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from a Seller–Buyer transaction. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, and nothing limits your rights against a payment processor directly.

11. Changes, governing law, and disputes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email before they take effect, and the revision date at the top of this page will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

If a dispute arises, please contact us first at support@illoow.com — most matters are resolved this way. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent district court in the Company’s domicile of Kabupaten Badung, Bali, Indonesia.

An Indonesian-language version of these Terms will be published. Where it differs from this English version, the Indonesian version prevails.
